Traveling and Fitness - Can They Work Together?

As I get older, I'm starting to notice some of the drawbacks of staying in the air and on the go. 

Seriously. It seems like I have been on a year-long journey to drop 10 pounds. I make great progress, then I travel and the progress disappears. The personal trainers and nutritionists that I follow for inspo say that its all about consistency. Consistently doing the rights things for your health more than you indulge. 

I'm taking action on this advice. Here's my playbook:

  • Clean eating 4 days a week 
  • Clean snacks all week! 
  • At least 10,000 steps a day
  • 3 hour-long workouts a week 

I'm two months into this playbook and I've been able to sustain progress even when traveling. One secret weapon is LibertéLiberté is a versatile yogurt - perfect for a quick breakfast, clean snack and its even tasty enough to be dessert!
